Job Overview:

We are looking for an accomplished and forward-thinking Director of Food and Beverage to lead the strategic and operational functions of the entire F&B division. In this position, you will oversee the performance and excellence of all food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, lounges, in-room dining, banquets, and catering services.

You will be tasked with driving innovation, operational efficiency, and team engagement while upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall direction, leadership, and management to all food and beverage operations within the property.
  • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the hotel\’s goals, brand standards, and guest expectations.
  • Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverage, and service experiences across all venues.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to maximize profitability and minimize costs.
  • Analyze outlet performance and implement initiatives to enhance revenue streams, control costs, and improve operational productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure quality, creativity, and consistency in all menus and offerings.
  • Oversee all banquet and event operations, ensuring seamless execution and personalized guest experiences.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, service excellence, and accountability.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, health, and licensing requirements.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top talent across the F&B department, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Champion sustainability and waste-reduction practices where applicable.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to keep the F&B offering competitive and relevant.

Candidate Profile:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field; advanced certifications are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive F&B experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role within luxury hospitality.
  • Previous experience in pre-opening or repositioning projects is highly desirable.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and drive large teams.
  • Deep understanding of food & beverage operations, culinary trends, service protocols, and guest experience design.
  • Financially astute with proven experience managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
