We\’re a fast-growing fintech travel platform helping people book smarter, pay flexibly, and unlock rewards. We\’re looking for a UX Researcher to uncover deep user insights and turn them into meaningful product direction.

What we offer:

• Salary up to £60,000 + up to 10% bonus

• Hybrid Model (2-day onsite in Manchester office)

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end research across fintech and travel journeys
  • Champion continuous discovery and user-centred design
  • Run qualitative and quantitative studies: interviews, surveys, usability tests, and more
  • Translate findings into clear, actionable insights
  • Collaborate with product, design, and data teams
  • Build research frameworks and help scale research culture

What You Bring

  • 4–6+ years of UX research experience (ideally in fintech, travel, or B2C)
  • Strong mixed-methods toolkit and strategic mindset
  • Confident working independently across teams
  • Skilled storyteller and clear communicator
  • Experience with tools like Lookback, Maze, Dovetail, etc.
  • Bonus: You\’ve set up research ops or driven research maturity
