We\’re a fast-growing fintech travel platform helping people book smarter, pay flexibly, and unlock rewards. We\’re looking for a UX Researcher to uncover deep user insights and turn them into meaningful product direction.
What we offer:
• Salary up to £60,000 + up to 10% bonus

What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end research across fintech and travel journeys
- Champion continuous discovery and user-centred design
- Run qualitative and quantitative studies: interviews, surveys, usability tests, and more
- Translate findings into clear, actionable insights
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams
- Build research frameworks and help scale research culture
What You Bring
- 4–6+ years of UX research experience (ideally in fintech, travel, or B2C)
- Strong mixed-methods toolkit and strategic mindset
- Confident working independently across teams
- Skilled storyteller and clear communicator
- Experience with tools like Lookback, Maze, Dovetail, etc.
- Bonus: You\’ve set up research ops or driven research maturity
