Supported (Assisted) Living (Accommodation) or/& Temporary Accommodation Co-ordinator – £33,000 – £45,000 (office based) Kasmir Associates are recruiting for this fast-growing property management company established in 2015,. The company currently manages a portfolio of over mid to 1000 residential and HMO properties across London and its outskirts. The business prides themselves on strong community values, an in-house team, and deep expertise in the lettings and temporary accommodation sector. We are now looking for a candidate who has worked (with or within the council) in Supported (Assisted) Living (Accommodation) &/or Temporary Accommodation to join their dynamic team and play a key role in placing tenants, liaising with councils, and ensuring our properties are let efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lettings process from start to finish Liaise directly with local councils, housing associations, charities and other organisations, adverts and word of mouth Prepare and coordinate all paperwork Advertise available properties across relevant platforms Respond to tenant and council enquiries promptly Support the Guaranteed Rent and Temporary Accommodation department Maintain accurate records and compliance Occasional visit to properties What We\’re Looking For Experience in supported (Assisted) Living or temporary accommodation schemes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Confident in dealing with councils and charitable housing partners Whats on offer: Salary: £33,000 £45,000 depending on experience 9-6 Monday to Thursday and 9-3 on a Friday Monthly commission Holidays: 20 days + 8 bank holidays Free parking TPBN1_UKTJ
