At Gleeson, our Commercial Team is at the heart of relationship management, procurement and cost control. Ensuring that projects are achieved on time and within the agreed budget. We\’re looking for passionate, creative, and skilled individuals; with a keen eye for detail to join our dynamic environment. What We Do Our Commercial Team focuses on: Cost Control: Producing and maintaining project budgets and controlling expenditures. Contract Placement: Procuring and placing contracts to Subcontractors and Suppliers, adhering to Gleeson Standard Terms and Conditions. Commercial Support: Providing expert insights to overcome challenges. What you\’ll be doing…. You\’ll be part of a two-year graduate programme, specialising in Commercial but gaining exposure into different business areas. In the first 6 months, you will join your chosen discipline, settle in and genuinely contribute and make a difference within the team. Following this, you will begin three rotational placements aligned to your chosen specialised area.
