Location: London (4 days in office)

Hours: 9:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Type: Full-time, Permanent

They’re now looking for a warm, organised, and people-loving Office Manager to become the heartbeat of their London office. You’ll be the first person clients and colleagues see, so if you’re someone who takes pride in creating a great first impression, loves being helpful, and thrives in a busy, sociable environment, read on!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Giving visitors a brilliant welcome and being a friendly first point of contact
  • Keeping the office running smoothly – from ordering snacks and supplies to managing post and printers
  • Helping with fun team socials, onboarding new starters, and occasional firm events
  • Supporting the Executive Assistant with ad hoc projects and process improvements
  • Managing inboxes and assisting with internal communications and coordination
  • Onboarding new employees on their first day
