Our client based near Reading is seeking a highly organised Practice Coordinator & Receptionist to join their team. This dual role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Please note that on occasion you will need to work at least two Saturdays a month. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in front-of-house and administrative support, ideally within a high-end, client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for all clients, delivering a professional and welcoming experience Manage appointment scheduling, client communications and front desk operations Maintain the appearance and atmosphere of the reception area in line with the business\’s standards Handle enquiries with discretion and efficiency, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in a front-of-house role, ideally within a client facing setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using booking/CRM systems A genuine interest in skincare, health and wellbeing is desirablePark Street People Ltd is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
