Site Manager – Education Refurbishment Project University of Brighton £day rate – Negotiable We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an education refurbishment project at the University of Brighton. Project Overview This is an internal refurbishment and fit-out project within an educational environment, including: Internal fit-out works New lighting installations Flooring Decorations and finishes Partitions New seating and internal layoutsRole Details Location: Brighton Duration: 12 weeks Rate: Approximately £280 per day (negotiable)Key Responsibilities Day-to-day site management and supervision Managing subcontractors and trades Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard Maintaining health & safety compliance at all times Coordinating internal fit-out activities within a live education environmentRequired Certifications Applicants must hold the following: SMSTS First Aid at Work (Level 3) CSCS Card (Gold, Black, or White) Asbestos Awareness Fire Marshal
