Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new role? If so, I have the perfect role for you! One of my well established clients is looking for a Solicitor to join their busy Commercial Property team.

\\nMy client is a highly regarded regional firm offering great quality work alongside long term training and progression opportunities. This role is for someone who has a minimum of 1PQE and is looking for that next step in their career. The work you would be dealing with includes freehold & leasehold acquisitions and disposals, the grant, renewal and termination of leases and related matters, secured lending, sale and purchase contracts and auctions.Â
