Do you have experience working in a busy call centre? Do you have experience managing large call volumes? If so then this is the job for you! Hours/Shift Pattern 8.00am-5pm, 9.00am-6pm and 11.00am-8pm rotating shifts If you opt for a 30 min lunch you would start 30 mins later unless on an early shift Benefits: Uncapped monthly commission. Option of 30min or 60 min lunch agreed when you start Life Insurance Pension Contributions of 3% after 3 months 5 weeks holiday (they do have Xmas shut down) Our client are a leading Debt Collection Agency and they\’re looking to expand their call centre team! They\’re looking for someone who has experience working within a busy call centre taking around 100 call per day. This role will see you speaking with an array of customers, both commercial and residential, about the debt that\’s held with their utility company and your main goal is to satisfy as much debt as possible. You\’ll be speaking with vulnerable customers quite often so you\’ll need to have excellent negotiation skills and have the ability to show empathy.
