They are looking for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to provide excellent front-of-house service while keeping their facilities running smoothly.\\n\\nWhat you will be doing:\\n\\n• Greet and sign in visitors, managing access passes and security protocols.\\n• Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering, and executive office support.\\n• Handle incoming/outgoing post and courier services.\\n• Monitor and order supplies for reception, kitchen, and stationery areas.\\n• Raise and track facilities jobs and office purchase requisitions.\\n• Support London office events, desk bookings, and maintain key manuals.\\n\\nAbout you:\\n\\n• Calm under pressure with strong time management and multitasking skills.\\n• Confident working independently and as part of a team.\\n• Skilled with Microsoft Office and Excel, with an eye for detail.\\n• Positive, adaptable and solutions focused.\\n• Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building abilities.\\n• Professional and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.\\n\\nDue to a very high number of applications, we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
