Executive Assistant to Operating Partner

This is more than a traditional EA position — you’ll be a trusted partner (and detail-obsessed) EA helping her operate at peak performance and driving the wider team's efficiency. What You’ll Do:
- 1:1 support to the Operating Partner
- Full inbox, diary & travel management
- Drafting correspondence and reviewing sensitive documents
- Managing internal comms, reports, and presentations
- Leading ops-related projects and coordinating with investors & partners
What We’re Looking For:
- 4 years' EA experience (1:1 support essential)
- Ideally with knowledge of 'legal matters'
- Exceptionally organised, tech-savvy, and calm under pressure
- Critical thinker with top-notch attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and owning projects end-to-end
