Job Description
Iām currently representing a well-respected tier one Contractor that work across build, construction, fit out projects within the private sector. As a Group they have a proven track record delivering a variety of projects across Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, education, retail, and residential schemes ranging from small works to major projects.\\n\\nOur client prides themselves on their approach in the market which mirrors their working culture, being a friendly approachable and enjoyable business to work with. Having built up a solid client based with some blue-chip companies; our client has been successfully delivering multiple projects with most of their workload being repeat business.
They are the type of business that value the quality of their delivery, health and safety and building long term relationships with their customers and supply chain. With a group turnover in excess of £1 Billion, our client is a financially safe business with plans for further growth within their divisions.\\n\\nDivsion:\\nWithin this division all the projects will be solely within Fit out across Cat A and Cat B ranging from 50 Million + in value so previous large fit out project experience is essential.This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing major project fit out division within the next 5 years to a 350 million turnover business.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.\\n\\n * Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain smooth project delivery.\\n\\n * Enforce health and safety compliance, conducting regular inspections and site briefings.\\n\\n * Monitor progress against programme and report on key milestones or potential delays.\\n\\n * Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and the project team throughout delivery.\\n\\n * Oversee quality control, snagging, and project handover to ensure client satisfaction
