Job Description
My client is a major player within the Fit Out and Refurbishment market. They are a cash rich, robust business who were established 40 Years ago and are based in the heart of London.\\n\\nTypically their projects are in ‘zone 1’ ranging from CAT B fit outs for blue chip businesses and challenging Cut & Carve projects up to £250M.\\n\\nTheir London turnover sits around £375M and have lots of big jobs in the pipeline.\\n\\nThey have been successful in attracting and recruiting some of the industry’s best talent, creating a recognisable brand and establishing themselves as an industry leader. As a result of several project wins they are looking to grow their operations team.
Although my client is a large company, they have successfully maintained a close-knit, family feel. Each member of staff is given a well-defined progression path, ensuring opportunities for growth and career development within the company.\\n\\nProject:\\n\\nCommercial Fit Out Cat A and Cat B, £200M+\\n\\nRoles & Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.\\n\\n * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\\n\\n * Manage subcontractors and all trades.\\n\\n * Short term look aheads\\n\\n * Implement and enforce health & safety to the correct standard\\n\\nIdeal Candidate:\\n\\n * Have experience working on fit out of commercial offices.\\n\\n * Longevity with previous employers.\\n\\n * Ideally have experience working on complex cut and carve refurbishment, retained facades, subterranean work, removing roofs and extending buildings or prime end user CAT B fit outs.\\n\\n * Previous extensive Construction Management experience.\\n\\n * Hard working\\n\\n * Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.\\n\\n * Reliable\\n\\n * Resilient\\n\\n * CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS
