Role Summary
The Responsible Gaming Officer will support the implementation of the organisation’s Responsible Gaming (RG) Strategy by contributing to the development, delivery, and evaluation of policies, programmes, and research initiatives. This role plays a vital part in upholding ethical standards and promoting player protection across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of Responsible Gaming policies, tools, and initiatives.
- Conduct research on regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and best practices to inform strategy and policy development.
- Draft clear and concise policy documents, reports, and internal communications related to Responsible Gaming.
- Coordinate and support internal training sessions and workshops to build awareness and understanding of RG practices.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks, providing insights and recommendations for programme enhancements.
- Support the evaluation of Responsible Gaming programmes and contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collect and analyse data to support internal reporting and meet regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to RG working groups, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Assist in preparing presentations, briefings, and updates for senior stakeholders.
- Stay informed about developments in the gambling industry and related sectors to maintain the relevance of RG initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
Education & Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field such as public policy, humanities, law, or social sciences.

Experience
