Client Care Representative – Property Sales Support

We’re working with a high-growth property business in the City of London that helps homeowners achieve fast and stress-free property sales, whether that’s via direct purchase, investor sales, or open market routes.

They’re now looking for a Client Care Representative to join their close-knit team and take ownership of the early stages of the property journey. This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys being organised, thrives on communication, and has worked in roles like sales progression, property admin, or compliance support .

The Role:

  • Be the first point of contact for sellers, guiding them through the sale journey and providing regular progress updates.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of sellers with solicitors, chasing documents, and ensuring files are compliant and complete.
  • Upload and prepare listings for the open market, arranging professional photography and floorplans.
  • Carry out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and make sure all compliance standards are met.
  • Keep files and systems up to date, ensuring smooth progress from start to finish.
