You\’ll be learning the trade, getting hands-on with the machinery, and building skills that\’ll take you from assistant to operator. We\’re talking about a proper career path, not just a job. Now, let\’s cut to the chase and talk about what\’s in it for you. Picture this: you\’ll be working for a manufacturer that actually invests in their people. Here\’s the lowdown: You\’ll be supporting Machine Operators with setup and keeping production flowing smoothly. We\’re talking about hands-on work that matters. Loading and unloading materials across the production lines. You\’ll be keeping everything moving and learning how it all fits together. Quality matters in print and packaging, and you need to spot when something\’s not right. Reliability and team player vibes. You\’re someone the team can count on, not someone who\’s going to let them down or cause drama. Physical fitness and comfort with manual handling. This is hands-on manufacturing, not sitting behind a desk eating biscuits. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Manufacturing can throw curveballs, but you\’re up for the challenge and ready to develop new skills. If you\’re ready to dive headfirst into a manufacturing career with proper training, clear progression, and long-term stability, get in contact with Impact Recruitment.
