Highways Project Manager required for long term Highway Development project in the Winchester area – Start Date: 11/02/2025 £40 per hour – wages paid weekly Days – Monday to Friday Hybrid role – (3 days' work from home and 2 days on site) Laptop provided Start Date: 11/02/2025 Essential Skills and Qualifications Up-to-date knowledge of transport planning, highway engineering and planning policy Good experience and knowledge of section 278 schemes A relevant recognised qualification in project management Relevant experience in project management related to Highway development projects and section 278 schemes Full UK Driving License Duties of Role Responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of section 278 schemes for highway developers. Act as key point of contact between the developer, consultants etc Assist in the submission and approval of documents Support negotiations of agreements with National Highways. Oversee the development and progress of S278 and S38 design submissions, technical approvals, and legal agreements for both on-site and off-site works.
