Your new company As a Housing Solicitor, you will join one of the largest teams in the UK advising on all types of development transactions. This firm offers flexible working along with a leading benefits package that compliments a rewarding career. This is a hard-working professional firm that offers flexible/ hybrid working (20-40% of their time in the office) in the heart of Hampshire. Your new role You will be a self-motivated individual, primarily focusing on development projects. The role involves investigating titles, acquiring sites for residential housing, and handling complex title, planning, and leasehold issues. You will manage sensitive cases, support paralegals, streamline procedures, and maintain client relationships. What you\’ll need to succeed The successful candidate is likely to have previous experience within a development, real estate, or generalist property profession in legal or professional services and will be able to demonstrate:Experience in property (both leasehold and freehold)Experience in development regenerationKnowledge and understanding of affordable housing products, regulation and procedures.
