Thrive Personnel Ltd are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assemblers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling products using a variety of hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail to ensure that all products meet quality standards. Duties Assemble components and parts according to specifications and drawings. Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process. Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet required standards. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency. Report any issues or defects in materials or equipment to the supervisor promptly. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Familiarity with assembly techniques is advantageous. Proficiency in using various hand tools and power tools safely. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
