Job Description
Freightserve are looking to recruit a Airline Internal Sales Agent for a Heathrow based GSA. The GSA is based in the Heathrow area.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Dealing with Freight Forwarders
- Quotations
- Spot Rates
- Dealing with inbound telephone calls and emails
- Processing bookings
- Providing rates to clients when requested
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients
- Communicating with Airlines and Freight Forwarders on a daily basis
Requirements:-
- Customer service
- Knowledge of airline and cargo handling practices
- Air Cargo Security (training provided if necessary)
- Flexible approach
- Ability to work as a part of a team
