Key Responsibilities: Offer desk-based, remote, and on-site support for technology deployments. Serve as the technical expert for triaged service desk tickets. Lead the setup and deployment of IT services at new and existing locations. Handle hardware requests within assigned areas. Develop and sustain knowledge of Microsoft-based networks. Diagnose user problems remotely and on-site. Participate in software/system testing and review user documentation. Requirements: Previous experience in IT Service Desk and/or ICT 2nd Line Support.
