Overview:
Sedgwick Resource Solutions are seeking an experienced Commercial Loss Adjuster to manage property claims from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties involved. This is a remote role with regular site visits across London and the South East.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a portfolio of commercial property claims ranging from £10K to £100K across sectors including property owners, retail, industrial, and commercial offices.
- Conduct site visits and investigations.
- Negotiate settlements and manage claims efficiently to control indemnity spend.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams including other adjusters and technical experts.
- Support the business with surge events when required.
About You:
- Proven experience managing high-value commercial property claims.
- Loss Adjusting experience (min 2 years).
- Site visit experience.
- A general understanding of building construction.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Ability to assess coverage, validate claims, and identify recovery opportunities.
- Clean driving licence (company car provided).
