Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of ICT with a passion for your subject and nurturing student growth and success? Academics are looking for a dynamic individual to join us on a part-time, temporary supply contract until Easter, with the possibility of extension, at our vibrant partner school in Doncaster.
Position: Teacher of ICT
Contract: Part-time, Temporary Supply (0.6 until Easter in the first instance with possibility of extension)
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Salary: £140 – £190 per day (depending on experience in line with pay scales)

About the Role: As a Teacher of ICT with Academics, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and effective lessons that align with the National Curriculum. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality ICT lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Monitoring, assessing, and tracking student progress to ensure each student reaches their full potential.
- Implementing effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the department and the school.
- Providing support and guidance to students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.
Requirements: The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK. ECTs are welcome to apply.
- Experience as a Teacher of ICT/Computing in a busy secondary school environment is essential.
- A strong, in-depth knowledge of the National Curriculum for ICT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
- Strong behavior management skills and a dedication to student progress.
- A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to secure a new one.
- Based in the UK and able to travel to Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
