The predicted salary is between 28000 - 38000 £ per year.
We are currently working in partnership with a Hampshire based housing association , who are looking to appoint a Executive assistant on a permanent basis.
This will be a full-time position based in Hampshire, with hybrid working and a salary of £33,500 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of providing updated knowledge of employment law to senior stakeholders along with leading on complex employee relations cases.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Providing strategic and proactive support to the Executive Director across all aspects of their role
- Preparing reports, presentations, and research findings for the Executive Director and Executive Board
- Managing projects and meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Responding to internal and external enquiries, handling complaints and screening communications
- Monitoring financial activity including budgets, invoices, expenses, and timesheets
- Drafting and reviewing policies and procedures while supporting cross-directorate collaboration
- Promoting risk management, social value, and supporting new senior staff with onboarding
Experience required:
- Experience required in Social Housing
- Experience working as an EA

Working hours:
- 37 hours per week
