Job Title: Criminal Justice Social Worker Location: Clackmannanshire, Scotland Pay Rate: £25p/h – £38p/h We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Criminal Justice Social Worker to join a dynamic team in Clackmannanshire. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing support and intervention for individuals involved in the criminal justice system, helping them reintegrate into society and promoting positive change. Key Responsibilities: As a Criminal Justice Social Worker, you will be responsible for: * Conducting assessments of individuals involved in the criminal justice system, identifying their needs and risks. * Developing and implementing care plans to address the specific needs of clients. * Providing support and intervention services to individuals to reduce re-offending and promote rehabilitation. * Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure a holistic approach to client care. * Engaging with clients and their families to facilitate positive outcomes and sustainable changes. * Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of interventions and assessments. Requirements: * A recognised qualification in Social Work.e.g. Degree, Masters, DipSW * Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). * Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the criminal justice system. * Strong assessment and case management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * The ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. * Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies in the field of criminal justice social work. * LS/CMI risk assessment accredited How to Apply: Please simply click apply to this ad and send an up to date CV.
