Property & Private Office Operations Manager – Marylebone, London
We are a small, close-knit team offering property management and concierge services to a high-net-worth (HNW) international family with several homes in and around London. We’re looking for a switched-on, experienced individual who can hit the ground running in a varied and fast-paced role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a multifaceted environment and enjoys working autonomously as well as collaboratively.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Degree-level education preferred (not essential with sufficient relevant experience)
- 5+ years’ experience in private property management
- Previous experience as a PA or Office Manager
Role Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Marylebone, London (Office-based)
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–5:30pm
- Evening and weekend support occasionally required, especially in summer months – paid separately. We respect work-life balance and do not expect unnecessary overtime.
- Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 PA
- Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays + your birthday off

Key Responsibilities
Property Management – 7 London-based properties:
- Conducting weekly property visits (locations are local – Lime bike commute encouraged)
- Coordinating maintenance and servicing of household systems (e.g. lifts, gates, chandeliers, AC, security)
- Managing household bills: council tax, insurance, general household purchases
- Overseeing household staff schedules and task lists
Personal Assistant Duties – Supporting the family and Company Director:
- Diary and inbox management
- Scheduling appointments and travel
- Liaising with suppliers and service providers
- General office administration
Procurement & Administration:
- Sourcing quotes, comparing suppliers
- Overseeing contractors and checking invoices
- Keeping accurate records and maintaining budgets
Research & Concierge Support:
- Sourcing luxury and day-to-day items or services
- Booking restaurants, health & beauty appointments
- Coordinating travel, hotels, and private aviation
- Managing returns, errands, and bespoke requests
Ad Hoc / Project Support:
- Overseeing property projects, from minor works to full refurbishments
- Managing H&S compliance, liaising with trades, contractors and specialists
Skills & Attributes
