Job Description
A dynamic, dual-disciplinary consultancy in Brighton is seeking a reliable and client-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor from a construction cost consultancy background.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead projects, work with long-standing clients, and mentor junior team members in a supportive environment.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a respected team of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, leading fast-paced leisure, hospitality, and commercial schemes throughout the South East.
As a key client lead, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for delivering full pre and post contract services, reporting directly to the Partners. You will be supported by a team of capable Graduate and Assistant Quantity Surveyors, while also playing a mentoring role and contributing to team development.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
- Completed a RICS-accredited Quantity Surveying degree
- Ideally MRICS (not essential)
- Strong UK consultancy / cost management background
- Experience delivering built environment projects
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Able to commute to Brighton
