You\’ll be working with our brilliant construction team at our Sellafield site office and in this extremely varied role you will be ensuring our facilities are looked after, producing itineraries, deployment lists, checking time and attendance, filing, collating timesheets, develop, manage and maintain any professional services as required, assisting in the coordination of space management, production of correspondence/reports, ordering and supply of equipment and maintenance of records.
As an organisational superstar, you\’ll know instinctively how to prioritise your workload, more importantly you will possess well developed communication skills and approach the role with a \’can do\’ attitude. MS Office skills are highly desirable as is a positive attitude to work and a desire to learn new systems and processes.
