My client are a well-established main contractor who are live with a new scheme based in Manchester. Projects tend to be high value, high rise residential urban living developments and commercial schemes.

Duties include:
- Overall management of the site workforce and being a line manager for Site Managers.
- Holding progress meetings with the client.
- Successfully directing the site management team through each phase of the project.
- Ensuring Health, Safety and Quality is managed effectively.
- Continuously evaluating sub-contractor capabilities advising Directors of their performance.
- Identifying potential issues on site at the early stages and notifying Directors.
- Supporting Site Managers with any build issues during the planning phase of the project.
