Job Title: Leveraged Finance Paralegal
Location: City of London
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote)

Role Overview: The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Leveraged Finance team on a permanent basis. The role involves supporting lawyers on high-value, cross-border transactions, managing documentation, and coordinating deal processes.
