As Head of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Department, you will be central to building the department’s capabilities and expanding its reach. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Business Recovery and Insolvency Department
- Advise on all aspects of corporate insolvency, including administration, liquidation, receivership, and restructuring
- Manage a caseload of complex contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters
- Represent clients in court proceedings and complex negotiations
- Collaborate with the litigation, conveyancing, and corporate teams to deliver integrated client solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic insight and excellent service delivery
- Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and support staff
- Stay current on insolvency law, regulations, and market developments
