A longstanding client of ours is looking for an Operations Assistant to join their friendly team. They are an international boutique recruitment agency based near Liverpool Street Station.
This is a varied role working in a supportive and hardworking environment where team members socialise regularly and participate in team events such as trips abroad and volunteering activities.
There is also scope for progression and further training/development.
Your role will include:
- Managing and maintaining the CRM database
- Assisting with GDPR compliance
- Conducting compliance checks on placements
- Assisting with IR35 compliance
- Providing office management support
- Coordinating the collection of feedback from clients and contractors
- Updating the company HR handbook
- Coordinating internal employee surveys
- And other related tasks
This is a busy role which requires previous administrative experience and ideally a degree level qualification.
Salary: £28,000-£30,000. Working hours are 8am-5pm.
This is a hybrid role with Mondays working from home.
