Base pay range
A longstanding client of ours is looking for an Operations Assistant to join their friendly team. They are an international boutique recruitment agency based near Liverpool Street Station.
This is a varied role working in a supportive and hardworking environmnent where team members socialise regularly and with regular team events (trips abroad, volunteering etc).
There is also scope for progression and further training/development.
Your role will include:
- managing and maintaining the CRM database
- assisting with GDPR compliance
- conducting com;iance checks on placements
- assisting with IR35 compliance
- office management support
- coordinating the collection of feedback from clients and contractors
- update the company HR handbook
- coordinate internal employee surveys
- Etc!
This is a busy role which requires previous administrative experience and ideally degree level.
Salary £28,000-£30,000 and hours of work 8am-5pm.
Hybrid role- Mondays working from home.
