Job Description
Our client is a global FMCG business with locations across the world. They are currently seeking a Senior Management Accountant to join their finance team in Manchester on a hybrid basis.
Duties:
• Management of global finance function consisting of 2 direct reports and 7 indirect reports
• Reporting directly into the Head of Finance based in the UK
• Preparation of consolidated month end accounts
• Oversee all statutory accounts, local audits and tax filings
• Review of month end balance sheet reconciliations
• Review of intercompany accounting and reconciliations
• All FP&A work for the region
• Finance Business Partner to logistics, procurement, production and supply chain
• Ad-hoc work as required
• Travel to LATAM
Requirements:
- AAT, ACCA or ACA qualified accountant
- Spanish speaking
- 5 years’ experience in finance
- FMCG or manufacturing background preferred
- Costing experience
- Experience performing multicurrency consolidations
- Experience and exposure to IFRS
