My client is seeking a proactive and organised Property Manager – Lettings to oversee a portfolio of residential rental properties. The successful candidate will act as the key point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth management, compliance, and maintenance of properties, while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of residential properties across the lettings cycle Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely resolution Conduct property inspections and prepare condition reports Handle tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and notices in line with current legislation Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, landlord obligations, and lettings legislation (e.g., gas safety, EICR, deposit protection) Manage deposit returns, negotiating deductions and liaising with deposit schemes when needed Respond promptly to tenant and landlord queries and issues Maintain accurate records on property management systems Support lettings negotiations and viewings when required Requirements: Previous experience in property management or residential lettings Knowledge of relevant housing legislation and property compliance Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle To find out more please send your CV to the relevant email addresses
