We are currently looking for Recruitment Coordinators to help support our client who is one of the biggest technology conglomerates globally.

A successful Recruitment Coordinator thrives in supporting the business with the correct expertise while handling complex scenarios, understands the importance of providing excellent support to customer programs, their stakeholders and on- and off- site colleagues in order to provide unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage interviews for multiple candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate logistics, including video conferencing and travel arrangements.
- Ensure all interview panel members are briefed and have candidate information.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues during virtual interviews to ensure a smooth process.
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Gather feedback from interviewers and candidates, compiling assessments to inform hiring decisions.
- Support continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality, data protection standards, and up-to-date documentation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to align with recruitment objectives.

- Experience with high-volume roles or coordination in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Ability to manage interview scheduling across multiple time zones (Americas, EMEA, APAC).
- Strong adaptability to changing priorities and evolving recruitment needs.
- Skilled in negotiating schedules and resolving conflicts efficiently.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew
- Working remotely from UK
- Willing to work from Sunday to Thursday
