General Manager – Mon – Fri Office Hours – Leeds. £40k – £45k per annum.

A fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant General Manager or Boutique Hotel General Manager looking to escape the rat race running shifts at weekends & evenings – & get into something where you can work Mon – Fri Office hours but applying all of the skills you have acquired running busy restaurant / hotel businesses.

Our client is a leading corporate blue chip firm – think swanky boutique hotel with all the furnishings, fittings, finishes & a 5* guest service standard you would expect – but instead of rooms you have offices.

The Hospitality Manager position is similar to that of a General Manager role – & oversees the smooth running of the Hospitality operations in the building – including Directors Dining & events. It\’s a high end working environment but standards & expectations are high so we are looking for those General Managers that have a well drilled, honed approach to incredible guest experiences.

This is an OFFICE BASED role 5 days a week so you must be based within a sensible reach of Leeds City Centre.

We are especially keen to invite applications from General Manager candidates that feel ready for a move out of hospitality & into a corporate lifestyle but also into something exciting with true autonomy.

This is a General Manager role that isn\’t going to be for everyone. It\’s aimed at a General Manager that is growing tired of the big company thankless corporate contingency and all of the daily tick box exercises and the paperwork that goes with it – or a General Manager who think their only two options are to either take on a regional / multi site role role in their next move or get out of Hospitality all together. It\’s for a General Manager who knows that there is a lot more to running a Restaurant business than just following ever stricter budgets & having to work wholly unsociable hours. It\’s for those who want the term \”my guests\” to actually mean something. Perhaps most importantly it\’s for those in companies who don\’t want to lose the fire in their belly simply because their current company has got nothing else to offer them.

If this sounds like you – send your CV over & we\’ll have a look a it for you.
