Top international law firm are hiring in their real estate team for a Knowledge Lawyer to assist on reshaping transactional processes using cutting-edge technology. This role is perfect for a real estate lawyer at circa 3PQE who is keen to pivot from day to day fee-earning.

What is the role:

• Streamline and optimise transactions with AI tools like Harvey and Orbital Copilot
• Create playbooks, prompt libraries, and knowledge assets for the team
• Deliver training and guidance to make processes more efficient and user-friendly

Experience:

• Qualified real estate lawyer, 3–5 years PQE
• Experience with legal tech and AI tools in real estate practice
• Interest in automation, process improvement, and innovation
• Strong communicator, trainer, and team collaborator
• Commercial awareness with an eye for detail and the bigger picture

Core responsibilities:

• Support fee earners with transaction queries and standard documents
• Keep the team updated on legal developments and best practice
• Maintain knowledge assets on Horizon and other platforms
• Drive innovation and process improvement
