My client, a Legal 500 ranked practise, are looking for a skilled Senior Residential Property Fee Earner to join one of the region’s most respected and highly specialised legal teams.

Their Residential Property team is known for its depth of knowledge and professionalism. You’ll be working alongside some of the most experienced property specialists in the region.

The Role

As a Senior Fee Earner, you’ll handle your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish while playing a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to process improvement across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity
  • Supervise and support junior fee earners and assistants
  • Conduct title reviews, draft contracts and transfer documents, and ensure all legal documentation is completed to a high standard
  • Maintain excellent client care and provide clear, commercially minded legal advice
  • Identify and resolve issues efficiently to keep matters progressing smoothly
  • Work with the wider management team to enhance client experience and department performance
