We help our end customers use many services across an array of complexities as easily as possible. To continue growing, we are expanding the company’s platform and seeking a Content Designer to join the team.
What we offer:
• Salary up to £55,000 + up to 10% bonus
• Hybrid Model (2-day onsite in Manchester office)
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, and PMs to craft user journeys through clear, structured content
- Write concise, user-friendly copy for web and mobile experiences
- Lead content strategy for major projects, focusing on end-to-end UX
- Create content frameworks, voice/tone guidelines, and reusable patterns
- Shape and improve content design practices
- Use research and data to guide content decisions
- Conduct or support content testing (e.g. A/B tests, comprehension studies)
- Work with legal and localisation teams for global readiness
- Champion accessibility, clarity, and empathy in language
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years in content design, UX writing, or similar for digital products
- Experience with global content, localisation, or multi-language platforms
- Background in complex domains like finance, travel, or loyalty
- Portfolio showcasing user-focused content solutions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
- Data- and research-informed content decision-making
