Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operations Manager to to lead and optimise machining operations.
You'll be responsible for the following:
- Leading the CNC machining team
- Ensuring safe, compliant operations across CNC machining, manual machining and fabrication.
- Maximising operational efficiency
- Delivering high-quality components
- Developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Allocating workload and resources
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven CNC machine management experience
- Excellent planning and communication skills.
- Leadership skills
- Commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Confidence in managing people, resolving issues, and meeting production targets
