the role. What a fantastic position! You will be working for one of the most prestigious companies in Felixstowe as a Part Time Administrative Assistant. Day to day duties will be to act as the first point of contact for the main office. The first impression of the company will come from you, so a friendly manner, professionalism and a cheerful demeanour is a must! You will also assist the Facilities team with any building and site maintenance issues, and look after planned maintenance, ensuring that this remains a great place for staff to work. Youll be liaising with the Production and Maintenance teams and the Day Production Coordinator regarding stock and issues. Checking and signing of stock deliveries, assisting with stock counts when required, and dealing with any issues that arise with the stock. Distributing incoming mail and postage of outgoing mail. No two days will be the same with a huge variety of tasks and responsibilities as well assisting all the different teams within the company. why you should apply. You will need to have excellent organisational skills, prioritisation skills, excel in communication, maintain a friendly and confident manner, day in day out.
