A well-established and globally active investment business is looking to hire a Senior Management Accountant to support its EMEA operations from its London office. The role offers broad exposure across financial and management reporting, cross-border operations, and transformation initiatives, with scope to contribute to ongoing growth and strategic projects across the EMEA and Asia regions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with month-end processes across multiple international entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial results.
- Collaborate with third-party service providers on local financial and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Support audit processes and preparation of statutory financial statements.
- Deliver management reports and analysis, including P&L variance explanations, balance sheet insights, cash flow projections, and capital adequacy forecasts.
- Partner with regional teams on annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts, including automation of financial reports and data consolidation.
- Provide financial insights and ad-hoc analysis to support regional leadership and functional stakeholders.
- Participate in finance-related change projects as required.
Your Profile:
- Fully qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or equivalent experience.
- Ideally German Speaking
- 5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience, ideally within financial services or a multinational business.
- Solid understanding of IFRS; familiarity with other European GAAPs is a plus.
- High proficiency in Excel; experience with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP) strongly preferred.
- Comfortable handling multi-currency environments and large data sets.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across time zones and functions.
- Detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving ability.
- German language skills and coding experience are advantageous but not essential.
