The Role:
- Analyse and document business processes and requirements related to ERP systems
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritise requirements
- Assist in ERP implementation, testing, training, and go-live support
- Act as a key point of contact between technical teams and the business
- Provide ongoing support and ensure effective use of ERP modules
