Job Description
Property Inspector – Hybrid Woking (Home / Site) – Oxfordshire – Client Side Role – Commercial & Corporate Properties (mainly vacant) – Daily Rate c£300 CIS / Self Employed or £230 PAYE (c£60k pa pro rata) – Long Term, 6-12 months initially.\\n\\nThe role of Property Inspector in Oxfordshire would ideally suit someone with experience in commercial and corporate properties.\\n\\nRare opportunity for a Property Inspector in Oxfordshire to join an organisation who genuinely care about it's people and offer huge potential for career progression.\\n\\nDuties for the position of Property Inspector in Oxfordshire include surveying vacant corporate and commercial properties through a fixed checklist on a weekly basis, plus additional duties as required.\\n\\nAdditional duties for the Property Inspector in Oxfordshire include:\\n\\n * Assessing the condition of existing client owned stock.\\n\\n * Experience in managing varied workstreams and surveying / inspecting vacant and tenanted commercial properties.\\n\\n * Stakeholder engagement and client side experience would be advantageous.\\n\\n * You will maintain records and provide reports to the Manager on progress.
