A high-growth D2C luxury consumer goods brand is hiring a Retention Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of churn reduction and customer retention initiatives across its subscription business.

Package: £90,000-95,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits

Location: Fully Remote

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you’ll own the roadmap, define KPIs, and drive experimentation to improve customer lifetime value (LTV) and reduce churn.

The Retention Product Manager will:

Develop and execute a data-led retention strategy to reduce churn and increase LTV.

Identify churn signals and proactively design solutions to address them.

Lead customer research and user analysis to uncover insights.

Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The Retention Product Manager must have:

Extensive experience in retention, churn, or conversion optimisation.

Familiarity with subscription-based business models.

Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, Optimizely, PowerBI).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
