Having recently made some big changes during a group merger, the company is now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the teams. The role has 3 key focuses: Warehouse Management: Driving efficiency in warehouse operations- storage, inventory management, packing and delivery for circa 20 core clients Goods in circa 25 pallets per day Goods out circa 100 pallets per day + 60-300 picked orders Ensuring WMS is kept up to date Organising annual stock checks with clients Overseeing team of 6Logistics management Ensuring timely delivery and collection of client goods via pallet network (circa 65% of orders), courier (5%) and company fleet (25%) Oversee the Planning of routes and working closely with the Planner to drive efficiency in this area Knowledge of manual route planning on TPN or Palletways systems would be an advantage Line Management of 2 Shift SupervisorsCompliance and KPI Management Ensuring compliance with H&S and audit regulations as per group requirements including ISO…
