Nicholas Howard is delighted to be recruiting for an exciting learning technologies company – they deliver learning tech to some of the worlds leading businesses, and we have an exciting new opportunity for a LMS Systems Administrator to join them on a permanent basis, in a fully remote role. Your background and experience may come from Systems Administration, where, in addition, you have managed and maintained applications. This role could be equally suitable if you have worked more extensively in application management, and gained some Linux experience through that. The essential element is the ability to manage the installation, upgrade and ongoing performance of the applications through collaboration, onboarding customers, and providing a high-level of customer-facing support. We are looking for someone who is comfortable and confident in operating autonomously, and working effectively in a collaborative remote context. Key Responsibilities * Technical Skills: Install new applications and update existing ones.
