Key Account Manager – HVAC Products into M&E Contractors – The South\\n\\nAre you a driven, technically-minded sales professional with strong connections in the M&E contracting world?\\n\\nWhite Label Recruitment are working with a market-leading manufacturer in the building services sector to appoint a Area Sales Key Account Manager covering the South of England. This is a newly created role within a fast-growing, private equity-backed group that's investing heavily in its future.\\n\\nThe Opportunity\\nThis position offers the chance to take ownership of a key region and build strong commercial relationships with some of the UK’s largest M&E contractors. You’ll be representing a respected engineering manufacturer in the HVAC industry known for high-quality, certified technology solutions used in high-occupancy buildings such as hospitals, schools, hotels, and commercial premises.\\nThe company is investing significantly in growth and innovation, with very impressive growth plans over the next few years!\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Develop and manage strategic relationships with large M&E contractors (e.g., NG Bailey, Skanska, Cilantro)\\n\\n * Drive project sales across new build, retrofit, and refurb markets\\n\\n * Increase enquiry volumes and sales conversion across targeted accounts\\n\\n * Secure supplier agreements and repeat business opportunities\\n\\n * Conduct regular client meetings\\n\\n * Meet key performance indicators around pipeline, meetings, sales, and engagement\\n\\nThe Person\\n\\n * Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within HVAC, water systems, or building services\\n\\n * Strong network within large M&E contractors in the South UK\\n\\n * Ideally have experience selling technical solutions such as pumps, boosters, heat exchangers, chillers, etc\\n\\n * Confident, energetic, and self-motivated approach\\n\\n * Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment\\n\\n * Ability to read technical drawings and liaise with specifiers and engineers\\n\\nThe Package\\n\\n * Extremely competitive salary\\n\\n * £750/month car allowance\\n\\n * Company bonus scheme\\n\\n * 25 days holiday + bank holidays\\n\\n * Private healthcare (includes family cover)
