What you\’ll do

  • Visit properties to engage with individuals and recover unpaid debts
  • Help people understand their financial options and set up payment plans
  • Learn to assess vulnerability and provide respectful, ethical enforcement
  • Receive full support and training to become a Certificated Enforcement Agent

  • Full UK driving licence (2+ years)
  • Confident, empathetic communicator
  • Self-motivated, professional, and ready for a challenge
  • Previous debt collection or military or police force experience would be a benefit
