Position – Site Service Engineer – HVAC £40k base + bonus Benefits – Working between 2 close sites, Monday to Friday 9-5, no call out and no weekends. Company – Large National M&E provider with a national team of site-based A/C service engineers Location – Northampton site and Milton Keynes site Industry – Commercial HVAC / Air conditioning / AC A/C / Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Desired Experience – Excellent knowledge on refrigeration Circuits, replacing compressors and electrics for A/C. The Role A leading national mechanical engineering provider seeks an HVAC Service and Maintenance Engineer to add to their site-based HVAC service team working on HVAC VRF / VRV air conditioning systems from the main HVAC manufacturers. You will be focused on their Milton Keynes and Northampton sites for commercial planned preventive maintenance contracts and fault find and fix projects during 9-5 working hours Monday to Friday. Experience Required You will have extensive previous hands-on experience servicing HVAC systems. Ideally you will be highly capable at fault find and fix on refrigeration circuits and air conditioning electrics e.g. replacing compressors. F Gas, refrigeration and air conditioning qualifications / certifications e.g. City & Guilds Level 2 or Level 3 refrigeration and air conditioning or small commercial HVAC along with manufacturer training would be an advantage. Great teamwork and communication skills are also important both from a client facing perspective and internal regional team cooperation to service contracts and resolve fault find and fix projects both quickly and effectively. This position is ideal for either a less on the job experienced but highly technical and qualified up and comer that wants to take their training to the next level or a highly experienced A/C service technician that does not want to be mobile anymore and simply travel between two sites from Monday to Friday 9-5 schedule for a better work life balance. Their HVAC service engineers all have extensive and advanced knowledge on servicing HVAC systems from the top air conditioning manufacturers and highly skilled at working on refrigeration circuits, replacing compressors and air conditioning specific electrics and electronics. The Package Initial indications are a base salary up to £40,000 with bonus will be provided along with pension, private healthcare, dental and up to 27 days holiday + bank holidays.
